Yoga Classes

Yoga Balance offers various weekly Ongoing Yoga Classes.

These classes are designed for students who have completed

our 6 week Beginners Yoga Course and/or have prior yoga experience. They provide the ideal opportunity to further develop your yoga practice within a comfortable and relaxed setting.

Students are always encouraged to continue exploring yoga

at their own pace, and enjoy the rewards it can bring them

on so many different levels.

Our holistic teaching approach allows students to discover the therapeutic benefits that yoga can bring to both body and mind. Yoga is a great way of creating balance within all aspects of

your life, whilst promoting a positive feeling of energy,

health and well-being. 

One of the wonderful aspects of yoga is that it is suitable

for everybody... regardless of your age, ability, experience,

fitness level or physical limitations.

Yoga can improve your flexibility, energy, fitness, strength,

sleep patterns, health and general well-being, whilst also reducing stress, tension, discomfort, pain and anxiety.

The most important factor is that you find yoga

to be a relaxing, enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Class duration is approximately 1.5 hours, which includes various 

yoga postures, followed by relaxation.

all classes are limited to a maximum of 9 students.

Prior booking is essential, as places are limited.
